I can’t because I'm not a psychic. Where are the logs? Maybe you don’t have a dvb card installed or it’s malfunctioning. Show the 'nim_sockets' file and what kind of converter you have in the dish.

You are taking DVB-S/S2. DVB card have dual tuner. This configuration was discussed here. Are you sure that in the settings you setup type of tuner and DiSEqC-1.0 (A,B,C,D) commands were used when searching?

Can you configure at least one port A? If it doesn’t work, try manually swapping the frontends (0 to 1) in nim_sockets.

It gave me the same error when launching enigma2.

I uploaded the most recent sources, that 1455 changed and compiled everything again and everything worked fine.
