I have changed and updated something. For example, subtitles have become more stable. Perhaps this will help.

However, don't set “Sound mode = auto” in OSD (Xine settings). Looking for your audio configuration using the 'aplay -l' command and set them on the OSD.

Suppose I installed libxine2 and xine-ui from the Ubuntu 20.04 repositories and want to play THIS file recorded from the satellite with the vaapi driver. The default is video.processing.ffmpeg_enable_vaapi: 1.
The frames twitches in e2pc, exactly as in xine-ui, using IGPU and vaapi. Why does VLC play this file normally and with hardware acceleration, but xine-ui not? How to get xine working properly?

I can’t fix it instead of xine developers.

Especially, I liked the phrase: "The kernel driver for Intel integrated graphics has been a complete and utter mess since kernel 5.1. Avoid using 5.3.x and 5.4.x kernels if you are using Intel integrated graphics". B)

Recently, there was a way to fix watching avc and hevc channels on integrated Intel graphics with HEVCMain10 hardware support.
What about nvidia graphics cards? Everything is simple here. Need a powerful 8 core processor. In the xine.conf settings, specify

video.processing.ffmpeg_thread_count: 8

In this case, the average CPU load will be about 80%. No other is given.

DreamOSat CamManager Plugin

I have to wonder why DreamOSat CamManager Plugin and similar plugins do not show up in plugins.

Just ignore it. You will find with Google that this is a whim of oscam on different box types.
