No boot at all with the Duo. Did a clean flash 2 times and it is stuck with :"starting" on the display.
Definately try flashing a new bootloader. That should help.

Have you the same impression that I concerning the speed of channel zapping?
Here I use oscam and with same configurations , channels more slowly than before
What is strange it is that by testing the other img of the other team I found the faster zapping since the kernel new
Ps : here tested on VU+ Uno

update: i've just tested the latest blackhole image posted yesterday and my external hdd is recognised just fine and it plays and records just fine.. hoping for pli to fix this as pli is my favourite image for vuduo.
Happy with my (sec) ET9500 ET10000 and PLI 8.1

Hmm, the buildserver was stuck today, I've killed the hanging process so new build should arrive in a few minutes. But I wonder where yesterday's builds have gone, they're done completed and synchronized, but the ZIP images weren't uploaded.

NEW BOOTLOADER
- Increase update file size up to 128M Bytes
- Change the flash memory map(kernel size : 4M, /boot : 2M)
* Delete the cfe_cfe_auto.bin at /vuplus/duo in USB after update is complete.
** Brief explanation of DUO's bootloader update **
1. Unzip the duo_cfe_3_0_usb.zip to USB stick.(There should be /vuplus/duo/cfe_cfe_auto.bin)
2. Insert USB stick into the USB port of duo and power on the box.
3. It takes just a few secs to update.
4. If Duo displays the message "Finished..reboot", remove the USB stick and restart box.5. To update 6.0 image, you should delete the cfe_cfe_auto.bin at /vuplus/duo in USB stick once bootloader update is finished.
(The NEW is relative, it's from 04-10-2011)
