hello

@Senior Member

With any plugin you can have all channels from the freebox tv in France. (160 channels in sd and/or hd)

I don't try with cccam but I think you must remplace the 4097 by 256 for scramble channel with your isp (isp Free)

Patch above works ok if set correct SID in the reference manually.

ok, so you're only using the thread to open the connection.

Should work, though I don't like the way you're using that mutex ;)

I analyse dmm enigma logs and found out that for http streams they use don't use pmtpid but single pat entry. On pli it doesn't work this way, even without my patch, only just disabling findPMT in pmt.cpp.. Could you tell me please if it is an issue in openpli or it is done so by design?

In dmm log there is the following:

+ 1/1 TID 00
done!
PATready
use single pat entry!
use pmtpid 0042 for service_id 0001

yes, findPMT is ideal for a file, which you can rewind (and having the pmt before the playback starts, makes sure video/audio immediately start)
However, for a stream it makes less sense, because you cannot rewind anyway.

servicedvb doesn't (need to) know the difference between a file and a stream, both are implemented as abstract TS source.
We might consider to skip findPMT for streams. No idea what the implications would be, I'm not looking at the code right now.

it could be done by adding these two lines
eWarning("no .meta file found, trying to find PMT pid");
						if (source)
								tstools.setSource(source, NULL);
+					  //disable findPMT for streams
+					  b = (m_service_type != streamclient);
						if (<img src='http://openpli.org/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' />
						{
								int service_id, pmt_pid;

But we got not working http streams as the result (if SID==0 in serviceref)

we could fallback to use findPMT when the sid is not provided.

I have problems with streaming SD Olympics from E1(7020) into E2 (bouquet). It seems, that works services with same TSID only and not always.
If it works, then works 1, 4, 7, 10,15,18,21,24 (TSID 804) or 2,5,8 ...
Via partnerbox are all channels streamed well.

It seems, as via bouquet it does not know switch it on E1 ?

in E2 bouquet:

With partnerbox it works with E1 well, because before each new streaming is zapped to channel with:
http://IP_BOX/cgi-bin/zapTo?path=1:0:Mode:SID:TransponderID:NetworkID:Namespace:0:0:0:

(/web/zap?sRef= for E2)

Is it possible to have timeshift and recording functionality to IPTV streams? As I understand it is now not possible, but what are the requirements (software or hardware/drivers) to have such a capability?

for ts streams, at least recording should work.
For stuff played back with gstreamer ('servicemp3'), not an easy task.

Because we start two streams when you start recording a stream, e1 probably runs out of demux slots.
From e2 it should work (I've tested this at the time I implemented it, though I've never really used it since)
