I have discovered that offline decoding does not produce valid file. Playback of decoded file shows black screen and no audio. Looks like it still scambled.
My config is OpenPLi-2.1-beta-vuduo-20120415.
CAMs: Viaccess Red CAM, DRE NKE with official cards inside. For both CAMs there is no correct offline decoding.

Can it be fixed? I can collect any logs and can make any tests if it is necessary. Each my CAM can descramble only single service at the same time. So offline decoding is highly important feature for me, there is no another way to sucessfully record channel in backgrownd while another channel of same provider watches.

It's a driver issue. So it needs to be solved by VU+ at moment it only works on Xtrend

btw, on Xtrend it only works with a softcam, not with a CAM (as you seem to be trying).
And indeed, with Vu+, offline decoding does not work at all. Not even with a softcam.

Unfortunately softcam is not 100% solution for me because one provider (tricolor tv) recently launched new HD packet with DRE overcrypt encryption. Only official CAM DRE module opens these channels actually. It is main reason why offline decoding is so important.
If it would possible to use softcam for my case then there is need not to use offline decoding feature at all since softcam can unscramble several channels simultaneously.

Can any other receiver, not vu+, execute offline decoding by CAM this time?

No
