Hi,

i have tried latest OpenPLI 2.1 and now 3.0. Both not showing the screenshot.jpg in my web-browser !

Tried with Firefox, Google Chrome and IE but no success :(

In the TMP folder the jpg file is stored but if i activate "GRAB SCREENSHOT" there is nothing happening ...

PLEASE HELP !!!

Is your image up to date?

I've noticed this (on OpenPLi 2.1) for the last two weeks or so, but currently (box was updated last night) screenshots work fine again on my ET...

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

that's a known issue in 3.0.
2.1 should be fine.

Works fine here (OpenPLi 2.1), both on an ET9000 as on a VU+Duo.

If you are not able to reproduce my error, then give me please an IPK download link for the "old webif" for OpenPLI 3.0 (OE 2.0)

Or retry and retry as with 2.1 we cannot reproduce it - and probably you're the only one. Possible it can also be you have some kind of plugin installed that interferes....

Did you try it with a screen resolution of 1920x1080?

Ah. that was never mentioned.

Grabbing works fine (sort of) with an HD image (video only), or with the OSD on a HD channel. What doesn't work is HD image + OSD, I assume because the framebuffer that contains the OSD doesn't run in full HD.

Same screenshots, from my ET9000.

It must be something local on your box?

You can try also ipaddressofSTB/grab, so put /grab after the address you normally use to display OpenWebif. For me that one is better, the grab function in het user interface doesn't really work nice with 16x9

VU+ Duo 4K DVB-S2X en DVB-C met Open PLi 7.0

@rotarum: try , what you will see in debug mode. Under telnet:
init 4
and then:
enigma2

then try work with OpenWebif and you will see, if there is some problem.

For me screenshot all or OSD only seems to be fine... When only doing video the aspect ratio is incorrect.

On 3.0, the grabber outputs the following on the log. Seems there's a mixup in the code somewhere, and probably just triggered by the newer releases of twisted or cheetah.

I guess someone does something like (I'm not familiar with the exact function names):
request.transfer(filename)
request.finish()
That request.finish is wrong here...
