Hello
I have a problem with dvd-player plugin.
Everything works fine except that there is no audio.
I am running the last version of OpenPLI (Jul 5 2012 11:34:19).
Is there something else that needs to be installed (ie. som ac3 library) to have the DVD playback working on this box ?
Best Regards

I think ac3 passthrough should work on the 7025 (but you need an AV receiver or tv set with ac3 decoder)

Alternatively, you might want to install liba52, to do ac3 downmixing on the 7025.
Not sure though whether the dvd library picks it up automatically.

yes libdreamdvd will try to pick it up if liba52 is there
Geen wonder... Had slechts een dm7000, maar wel ook een rotor. eigenlijk al een tijdje ook een dm600 en dm7025. Maar nu kijkend met een et9000 en vuduo

OK, I tried the liba52 and it seems that the DM7025s CPU does not have enough power to do the audio transcoding, which is a surprise to me. Do you whether anyone tried to use liba52 on this hardware ?

Back when I still used my 7025, I used liba52 as well.
It used quite a bit of cpu, but I believe it could just handle the decoding in realtime.
