Hi Folks,
I want to build Enigma1 for a Dreambox DM600 PVR, I have the Jade 2009 July 29 version on currently. Could someone point me to instructions on getting the lastest source and how to start the build.
Is there a page somewhere that outlines differences between enigma 1 and engima 2. I'm also very sketchy on the build process, do I just get a specific version of Linux and use the config for a DM600 then create an image that includes the kernel plus the openpli additions?

Enigma1 and Enigma2 share nothing but the name, they are two different applications.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

They are also both open source. Any links on how to download and build enigma1?

All our repositories are on SourceForge, http://sourceforge.n...penpli/develop. You'll find E1 in SVN, and E2 in git.
