looks that solo2 needs same hack for 'not admitting' the lack of support for hardware alpha blending acceleration, as other vuplus boxes/?/...

indeed, good assumption.

I'll simplify the 'if it is a vu, select a bunch of workarounds' clause, to make it work for all future vuxxxx box names.

as I understand /?/ this, vu boxes don't support hardware alpha blending acceleration, but autodetection of this feature fails (they do not return any errors when you try hardware blending, even though it is not supported)...
that's why 'no hardware blending acceleration support' have to be set 'fixed' for vu using this 'hack'...

As I suggest they simply need to implement these features in their drivers.... As far I know it was already reported to them almost something about 3 years ago...

Hello, thank you for this image.
I confirm the numeric didn't work if you want to marge your recording "befor or after".
I search the config to put it manualy but i didn't found any.
May some body knows where it is.

It should work fine, what problem are you experiencing?

The problem is that the box doesnt find the HDD. I have tried different ways. Maybe if a do a new installation it will work. I will try this tomorrow.

It may be mounted under /media/usb right now, have you checked that?

De db approx. calculation is available in E2... depending on the tuner type (not box type) the value is recalculated. First we need a table in comparision with another box...

Same problem here. I even connected an USB keyboard - to no avail.
The numbers simply cannot be entered.
This means I cannot activate autotimeshift and cannot initialize the fritzbox plugin because I have to enter an IP addres there.

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

On the other hand, this is a great Image. Thanks a lot for making it!

Webif is missing the full remote, the user interface and A/V setthings.
Samba is working but giving error "[Harddisk] Error was No such file or directory", because the internal hdd is being detected as external bus and mounted in media/usb/
YPbPr is sending RGB colors, making the picture magenta, when changed the color in A/V setthings /Scart to composite it goes normal, but every time the box restarts it returns to RGB
the hbbtv webbrowser/ opera webbrowser doesnt start
picon background is ok now,
