Allright guys. I tried almost everything.  all this isn't working with my openpil 4 vu+ Solo2.

Okay step by step. Dvbsnoop installed by opkg install dvbsnoop. only file from these 3 - I can run only bbd_pmt_v4.py python script. /etc/enigma2/lamedb edited as in post #288. Nothing works :(

......kind of working with help from a member except for the Hd channels not clearing so i edited the lamb file and now nothing is opening..

Not got mine working yet been trying for about a week. I too have vu+ solo2. Did you use long mode & have to put f4 in at the ends

I also tried submit in DCC Telnet : /usr/bin/bbc_pmt_v5.py -t short -d /dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0 as doublet said a cuople ago and 
Output is: 
wget: can't connect to remote host (127.0.0.1): Connection refused

I dont have also a webinterface connection. 

 

Please help.

I understand you have to "repair" your Webinterface first.

You might need to reflash.

.....craig i didnt have to edit lamedb as sd channels worked and editing made them dissapear,no luck with hd channels but working on it ,big thanks to andress66 couldnt do it without him...

........can someone tell me why i lose SD channels if i do a manual scan with a yes on clear before scan ???????????

All sorted again now. Special thanks to Andres66.

lamedb  configuration was incorrect but all in correct locations now!

 

It's been a very steep learning curve for me since losing 28.2E but firmly locked in my head now - and written down just in case of memory lapse. .....how do you solve epg ??

Where can I find dvbsnoop working for openATV4.2? 
or some plugin to find the pid and see them on the menu of the cable box?
