Topic number #981 & #982 refer to Film4+1 and lacierva can't get it to work even with the settings supplied by v12nut which work for him. The thread changed at that point and went off onto another topic (or I missed something) but I can't get Film4+1 to work either using v12nut's settings.

I am runnning oscam ymod and I have tried on a Vu Solo, Vu Zero and Octagon SF8 and none work. I am in long mode.

 

The thing is every other channel works, so I don't follow what I am missing. Is this a 'can't see the wood for all of the trees moment?'  :lol:

Any help is much appreciated.

there is a easy manual to get working on vu duo2 with blackhole image? im getting crazzy reading post and i cant get it works

I think the first post ought to have attached 2 guides: short and long method, with a list of STBs that are known to work with it...

 

For what it is worth... :) I would write it but I can't get the darn satellite on 68ch dish, as a second LNB, in northern Italy...

 

Is it possible, I wonder...??? Then, I would mess with it, for sure... ;)

A curious thing that sometimes happens with my axodin box is when I select Film4+1 it comes up with no picture or sound, the fix is simple I just have to select ch4 first and then switch back to film4.

works every time, I have no idea why though ! and its maybe just a Axodin 'thing' .

The bcm4505 should work in the dm8000 just fine.

 

Try this:

- configure the tuner correctly

- go to the satellite finder

- select a transponder with some FTA services from the "predefined transponder"s

- if you get a lock, you're good to go, click "OK" and the scanning starts

- watch what services are found and via the "all services" (or satellites -> 27.5 position) locate them and watch

 

I think the problem is in the decrypting ;)

 

 

I test on my dreambox8000 and doesnt lock any channel on this sat anyone got it? my tuner on my dm8000 is The bcm4505

Hello everybody! Been trying to set this up for days now with no result. I have a VU+ Zero with the latest version of OpenPli.

Could somebody please help me?

I've installed Oscam Ymod, installed the bbc_pmt_v6 but I can't seem to be able to change lamedb. It also says there's a "tune" error, but I can receive Intelsat 907 perfectly.

Yes I did. But when I change the "lamedb" file I can't access the channels through the channel list.

My main concern though is the "tuner error", because I perfectly receive Intelsat signals. I also can't seem to get the script up and running.
