which box are you using ??  Long or short mode ??

 Xtrend ET-9500 + OpenPLi

(long mode)

Try these and see how you go. Works fine on my solo2 but may not work on your Xtrend. Maybe Robison who uses the same box has something to add.

Good luck.

I tried with different oscam.keys and it works! I had PMT timeout message too and with correct oscam.keys it works.

If You are using DM800 look at your DVB-S tuner because only BCM4505 form DM 800se works with High SR on 27W. Standard tuner from DM 800 doesn't work with High SR

My tuner is not the one you mention, but it has saved all the channels from the BBC transponder, so I guess it should work. I heard, that the other DM800 tuners don't even find and store the channels.

As for the cam, I tried it only with mgcamd, I haven't worked out how to instal oscam ymod properly. It's not in the feed, I downloaded two different versions of oscam ymod from the internet, but I have no idea which one I should install and how to do it. I've got oscam-ymodv18-t49-sh4 and e2-oscam-ymodv18-t50. Any idea? Thanks

use oscam-ymod v18_t50. Try to follow post  #306

use oscam-ymod v18_t50. Try to follow post  #306

the post #306 says:

You shouldn't install oscam-ymod via ipk. Stop all cams and manually send the files to the right places.

/usr/bin/oscam_ymod (with attributes 755)

/etc/init.d/softcam.OSCam-ymod (with attributes 755)

/etc/tuxbox/config/oscam-ymod/*files (subfolder oscam-ymod has 755 rights, files in folder have 644 rights)

The oscam-ymod v18_t50 I downloaded from the internet contains only folder usr which has other two folders, called bin and script. In the bin folder there is oscam file, and the folder script has oscam_cam and  oscam-fl_cam files in it. I am sorry that I am totally inexperienced with this, where should I put these files?

OK. Stand corrected but in that case, no chance of clearing the sound on the HD channels which only works with openpli 4.0.

@martin7601

I think your oscam.key doesn't have keys for all the services (channels). For each service you have to have 2 lines in keyfile. Just google.

I cannot stream the services via the webinterface. Does anyone know an answer?

Robinson:

negative, also in standby it does not stream. Should i change to doublets version 4 of the script as there were modifications regarding the web interface?

I'm not sure. I never tried streaming these channels.

What about recording? Can you record?

It looks like a problem with vlc:

streaming via open Webinterface - not ok

watching a record accessing the attached harddisc by samba - not ok

watching a record on tv via the mediaplayer - ok

I got it working now. The keys were the final problem. Interestingly, I have sound on HD channels as well. I use openPli 2.1 on DM800HD (there has never been released 3.0 or 4.0 for this old box), and I use the short version of the bbc_pmt_v3 script. I had to change  demux3 to demux0, with demux3 gets the box frozen and have to be unplugged from the mains.

Thanks to Kota, User4456, Robinson, Doublet and many others, you guys are doing wonderful thing helping the stupid ones like I am :-) Cheers to you!

Good boy !!!  My mistake saying you couldn't possibly get the HD audio unless using openpli 4.0 which is only true for the Vu+ boxes. Sorry for that ....

Never mind, it was a nice surprise as the sound on HDs came on :-)
