Hi i started to do that but the files were very slow uploading to usb .Had to abort,Wondered if i could copy and paste fom one usb to the other through ftp .But i cant see a copy and paste option .Cheers gorski

Do it over night....

 

But my guess is it's better killing the rec at the back taking the USB to the PC and simply copy it all to the PC under Linux.

 

Put the USB back to the rec and boot...

 

Else, see for some good copying programmes, that can do everything, every single file...

Thanks .I tried that too but my pc has a problem reading usb sticks over 2 gb for some reason .Il have a play and see what i can do if not il get someone else to copy it on another pc maybe.Appreciate your reply

Hi bud.I decided to use ubuntu at work.got as far as settings the usb partitions up but when i copy and paste the dreambox usb stick it says doesnt have permission .Do i have to telnet something so it gives it permission to paste the files into my other usb ?

If all fails i will take a look at filezilla,i have seen some posts  telneting a command which suppose to copy images like for like.We will see .Cheers Gorski

Bonjour et merci.

Je possède Dmrembox 800 hd se avec openpli 4.0 + dique dur 250GO + Clé USB 4GO

Je l'ai mis le plugin dans media/usb puis le l'ai installé avec gestionnaire de logiciel;

J'ai redémarré et j'ai obtenu PluginSkinMover

J'ouvre pluginskinmover et j'obtiens une fenêtr avec:

01.MB        GraphultiPEG

0.09MB      MediaPlayer

0.01MB      MediaScanner etc......

et tout en bas il y a 

exit   (rouge)         in Flash(vert)      Settings(jaune)         SkinMover(bleu)

 

C'est la première fois que je rencontre ce genre de plugin.

Question: Comment procéder pour libérer la memoire de drambox?

Search the net for Mini Tool Partition Wizard or EaseUS Partition Master (both freeware)...

Voor de developers hier, weten jullie als het mogelijk zou zijn om deze FlashExpander plugin te installeren via Telnet op een OpenPLi image?

 

Download "flashexpander_0.33-r0_all.ipk" and copy to /tmp directory.

Use this command for installing the plugin: opkg install /tmp/flashexpander*

You wil find the plugin at the applications (plugin) list.

I have a dm800se (openpli4) with flashexpander . My only problem its wen i use dreaboxedit to send my bakup chanel i have to restart enigma to reload the chanel inside my box. Wihout flashexpander i have no problem.
