What I like about that skin:
- full information about service such as frequency s/r etc;
- typewriting of channel name;
- info about memory and CPU usage of the receiver;
- fading of infobar;
- integrated Picons
- another interesting things;
So, question about video/audio bitrate....

remember the Glass skins can brake your OpenPli software at it overwrites some system files!
.... and in my opinion it decreases significantly the e2 performances.
It "only" looks nice...
I could not agree more on that one.
HD Glass while a nice looking skin, rather messily overwrites many system files which both makes the image unstable but also makes a full uninstall of the skin almost impossible.

The Glass Skin to me is very good for what i need ....yes sometimes it takes over ..certain plugins ..but its the only skin i know that gives good channel name space on the skin....font..Where as many other skins ..dont have enough space ..
I agree on that, the glass skin is for me the best looking skin around.
It looks and responce simply great, also it gives the box a very nice modern look and feel.
I wish more developers made such nice skins, i mean also the functions such fade in/outs etc.
I use this skin a very long time (first on my old and now also on my new box) and i cannot say that it gave any problem what so ever on my current box, on the old one i also had not really any problems with the skin. Also i never had the "issue" that the skin took over a plugin, have no idea what other users mean by that. All plugins which i have installed work fine with this skin.

This indeed looks nice... but it is exactly what is not wanted... as it requires hacks on enigma2...i mean also the functions such fade in/outs etc.
And the method it used to fade is terrible...

Here you are.Does anyone have an .ipk file handy for this infamous Glass HD skin? Because I don't see it as part of the feeds.
Is the Glass HD skin compatible with OPenPLi ?
Not that I want to use it, just look at it to see if it has any ideas worth stealing.

Channelselection 2xOK fail on openpli image way?
What do you mean...
OK = OK... when you want to preview you can use the TV button (and in radio mode the RADIO button for prelisten).
