Compiling your version gives no error but warning:

qtdemux.c:7593:3: warning: passing argument 2 of 'gst_pad_query_peer_duration' makes pointer from integer without a cast [enabled by default]

 

It seems compiler can handle it, but it's better to get rid of the warning.

Yes i was searching also about it, so we must use the patch as you did. Gstreamer 1.0 has many changes...

 

PS. A great gommand to see revisions of a file using git

 

git log --follow -p file

Here's my version of the patch, which prevents the compiler warning.

 

It must be committed AFTER the other patch from athoik, because of the included PR.

and have crash when try run mkv file

Your log looks strange. Did you delete something in the log??

 

I miss something like this:

start release channel timer
eServiceMP3::construct!
eServiceMP3::playbin uri=...
eServiceMP3::starting pipeline

 

Can you do a

ls /usr/lib/*3400*

in telnet and post output?

Better to run enigma2  from command line (init 4 && enigma2)

i remove YTTrailer and problem persist with another and different crash something like subtitle fault

only when i playing a specific mkv file but i tried to run the same file with original image and no problem with it

Some users had problems with the update, because of an different glib version. With the command I only wanted to be sure, that you don't have this problem. And it seems that you don't have this problem.

 

Can you please try with built-in mediaplayer (in movie list select mkv and press ok or play). Does it crash there, too?

Do you know which codecs are used in the mkv?

0. run cmd (start -> run -> cmd)

1. telnet to your enigma2 stb (eg telnet 192.168.0.2)

2. write init 4 (init 4)

3. write enigma2 (enigma2)

 

Its a standar procedure to get more debug messages from enigma2

 

Better because more information will be show on the screen.

@Littlesat, pieterg: Can you commit athoiks and my patch (in the right order!! First athoiks and then mine). Perhaps that solves junads problem. But I fear not.
But we now know what the problem is(glib) and I think nobody wants to revert the gstreamer patch. Or?
