It seems, that const in sdl.h solving problem with quickly open/close teletext and OLED.

 

 

One little problem several days - when I am trying quickly open/close teletext, then after some time is not possible teletext open ... I can see, as is opened, but immediately is closed:

I must zap to next service and back and all works again (or wait some time). It seems, as some is not cleared or what.... but it is not problem, nobody will make it. i think.

I have noticed that the teletext caching function has been disimproved around Feb. 24 in openATV 4.0 when they moved from using a fixed commit to the live HEAD.

When invoking teletext just after switching channels, you naturally only see the header line at first, and the full page is displayed once page 100 is received.

Due to caching, the full page is displayed immediately when the channel has been received for some time, or when invoking teletext the second time.

This has been working perfectly in openATV 4.0 up to Feb. 23. Since Feb. 24. it takes up to 10 seconds even when invoking teletext the second time.

In addition (not sure whether this is related) the header line is mutilated, only the right-hand quarter is vilible at all, and in some characters every second line of pixels is missing:

 

I've tested this on Gigablue Quad.

Betacentauri, could you kindly check if anything has gone wrong in openATV when switching to the live HEAD?

I can take a look at it. But there was no change regarding caching.
We should switch the forum because it seems this no problem in OpenPli.
