Try this:

opkg update

opkg install enigma2-plugin-extensions-hbbtv

Please copy&paste to prevent typing errors. Please post the output.

As far as I can see the HBBTV plugin is enclosed in the package vuplus-opera-browser_1.0-r4_20131224_0_vusolo2.ipk

If I unpack this there are 2 files placed in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/HbbTV/

libshm.py and

_libshm.so

Also the the package vuplus-opera-browser_1.0-r4_20131224_0_vusolo2.ipk isn't visible under Menu -> Plugins -> Green button because the filename doesn't follow the conventions for the plugins to be visible under the Plugins.

Maybe renaming the plugin to enigma2-plugin-extensions-vuplus-opera-browser_1.0-r4_20131224_0_vusolo2.ipk could make things a little easier to install etc.

Before the 24th december my HbbTV was working but then i did a new install (no update) of my box and after this install my HbbTV is not working anymore.

The Plugins are installeted in the usr files but i can't find them under the blue button.

when i press the blue button my box doesn't show me the HbbTv option, but when i look through TotalCommander i can see that they have been installated.

and my red button does not work at all, so even if i would have the option there is now way how to start it.

Patience guys, I am looking into the matter. I have to wait for a complete new building environment on my PC, that can take a couple of days.

It would be a pity if the HbbTV-package wouldn't be made available for the DUO. The box is quite capable of handling HbbTV with the new package VU+ has supplied, and there is quite a large installed base of those boxes.

It will be available... But vu placed his closed source browser behind a password. So homebuilders could not build images anymore. We are solving this...

That part has already been solved, it's now finding out why some people don't see the plugin in their list, while I do.

So for the vu duo 1 it is already in the feeds...?
It could be the naming of the package when you see on telnet/putty and not on the ui...

no, it is not:

root@vuduo:~# opkg list *opera-browser*
root@vuduo:~# opkg list *hbbtv*
