My DM 500C LV3 (brand : D Dream) keeps blinking and not able to load programs. I think the firmware of the set could be corrupted, can you advise how can I reinstall the firmware and would appreciate you can send me the instruction as I cannot find DM 500C LV3 in this website.

Sounds like you have a dreambox clone, they are not supported by OpenPLi.
