When i click full remote the image doesn't load, Ive tried Firefox and IE.

I downloaded a picons IPK file from http://picons.org/downloads.html and put it in the tmp directory and ran the below command

 

opkg update && opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk

 

Restarted the GUI and they now appear correct.

 

Is the above the correct method or should they be ran from a USB stick?

 

The IPK file was only 4MB but i noticed your picons file was 32MB?

I've downloaded the previously posted picons from this post and ftp'd them over to /usr/share/enigma2/picon and restarted the GUI and they are working :-)

 

If having them in flash causes a issue i will move them over to USB.

OK i will take the screenshot when i get home, can i do it on the box or is it a case of taking a photo on my phone?

Really sorry but I'm new to this, if you have 5 minutes can you PM me with instructions on how to install the picons and the best method be it USB or flash etc.

picons its very easy. You can just press green (download plugin) on plugin browser screen and go to picons then take any one you want from the list.

I like Ocram hd transparent white package. But pick your choice.

On that screen, press menu and the select the lenght of the channel name to 200 or 250 and the number of channels to display. Make it 9

Great skin, love it!! Installed it on my dm800 running openpli looks the dogs but cant install it on a vusolo or icloud 2 box. Says it cant download it ehh?

You can extract an .ipk with 7-zip.

But why?

because if I install via .ipk nothing happens. Telnet I tried one once, but nothing happened.

My primary operating system is mac osx.

Hi all,
Just wondering if I can get a patient chap to help me out. I have a technomate twin oe, openpli ....
The last couple of months I head issues with the cooltvguide as in every time I press the epg button it would pop up for a split second then would disappear. I don't know why this has happened, some guys tell me to delete both cooltv and cross epg and reinstall, so I have reinstalled crossepg and now I'm trying to reinstall cooltv. When I go to the plugins it says no cooltv installed no module ....
Hope some of this makes sense.
