But I don't understand where it is e-mail.
 
I have VU+ Solo2 with OpenPli 4.0 image. A flashed my box before 2 days and it's good working until today when I try to download subtitle for movie with plugin DDamir subtitle downloader v 3.29 whish is worjing normally until today. When I press GREEN button to download subtitle, enigma has crashed. I try more times, but it's same.
 
Please help me.

There is no email, but this is the way it was designed. You posted it in the correct place.

Can I do something or someone else to resolve problem?

 

I think problem is in new UPDATE of image.

Probably the other way around. The Plugin isn't up to date anymore.

 

But I'm not a Python specialist, so I have to pass this question on.

On other forum this problem is not found on other image, only on OpenPli image and only in last 5 days.

There is nothing changed within the latest 5 days that could clarify this crashlog...
But the dd subt plugin seems to be broken as somehow a color action green does fail.... Did you already tried to uninstall and install the plugin again. Such action maps are defined in the plugin itself....

Yes, I'm try uninstall then delete folder   DD_Subt     in     \usr\lib\enigma2\python\Plugins\Extensions  then restart box and install again, but same problem.

How do you reinstall again... and please note by deleting the folder is not the correct way to remove a plugin... Especially when it modifies orriginal code or so....

You don't understand. First I'm uninstall in Software manager and then after that  delete folder   DD_Subt     in     \usr\lib\enigma2\python\Plugins\Extensions  then restart box and install with IPK package copied in TMP folder, but same problem.

 

Today I'm did Restore of BACKUP image and dont' want do UPDATE of image again and now it's OK.

That you have to delete the directory already means the plugin does not remove correctly... This is already not good for this plugin....
