I know this is not a big problem and I'm pretty sure it is the same for everybody.

Let's say I'm watching a channel from 28.2E but then I change to a channel at 1W. The rotor moves the dish but suddenly I realize I zapped to a wrong channel so I zap to another one on the same satellite. At this point the rotor stops for a couple of seconds and then starts to move again.

I assume it is very hard to prevent rotor from stopping when switching channels on the same satellite.

I think it is hard to avoid the motor stops Due to technical limitations when Turner sends new orders to the rotor.
this I have not even noticed it when I change the channel and changed my mind and go to another channel, have to check it when the television are free

You may be right that this is because some commands are being passed to the rotor and that's why it stops.

Probably impossible to be eliminated?

Not a solution, but it helps. Group your channels favorites by sat location.

Like in each favorite group: 28.2°E -> 23.5°E -> 19.2°E -> 16.0°E -> 13°E ... . This way you should reduce satellite hopping.
