This option("Send DiSEqC") has been configured for many years until Huevos not deleted it.

+1

without this option "there is no signal"...

Then your LNB/Multiswitch is faulty. If you need this go 'Advanced' and set up the LNB that desn't work to DiSEqC Port A. Or send your LNB back as faulty. BTW, just so I don't get caught out, what is the brand of these garbage LNBs.

And by the way I've been an installer a long time and I've never come across an LNB that needs a DiSEqC command. I'm starting to think the people asking for this are from another dimension.

Exactly. What's the point of having a 'simple' setting for a simple set up, if you want to add advanced items that are readily available in the advanced setup?

Anyway: if it stays this way, I expect a huge help-text to explain what the setting does and what it is intended for.

PS: Instead of "+1" I would really like to hear why people don't want to use the advanced setting and do want to complicate things for normal, 'simple' users.

This is not a democracy: a vote doesn't help you, an explanation why you are not able to use 'advanced' for an advanced setting might....

again-->read SatKiekerd

This option("Send DiSEqC") has been configured for many years until Huevos not deleted it.

But the other users in the spring, due to the removal of this setting, there were problems.

Yes, I read.

And I know.

And I also know why it has been deleted.

And I think you must also have read what the reasoning behind that is?

Of course: innovation means that not all things should remain the same forever; on the contrary.

But in spite of asking several times, nobody answered the question why people with an advanced (or if you prefer: exceptional) setup are not able to use the advanced settings? After all that's what they are available for.....

Or are you implying that no Russian PLi-user could watch any telly since this superfluous setting has been removed?

I think it is better to make a simple universal and simple rotating comfig here.....

Rotating has already a simple setup; even two!

He means circular.

Ok, but just so you know, a Universal LNB always has the same local oscillator frequencies. Whereas with Circular polarised LNBs there are at least 5 common local oscillator frequencies, which is why I was asking the question, why does this Circular polarised LNB local oscillator frequeny take priority over the other 4 common ones? And is why I was suggesting that maybe this particular LNB is getting promoted to the Simple config because that is what suits someone's personal needs... Just like the other stupid option that has returned.

Why nobody creates a guide how to use "advanced settings" with 36E sattelite and post it here? (Instead of turning simple into "simple advanced settings")

Probably for the very same reason that nobody answered the question why 'advanced' isn't been used.....

Why?
I wanted to do it for the convenience of users of the former CIS countries for many years to come.
Without reading the instructions.
But as always in Europe, own 'I' above all else.

Remove these settings.

Dima this isn't a Europe versus Russian Federation debate. It's just a case of trying to keep simple simple.

Quite a rude, harsh comment, my friend. And to me it looks more to be the other way around...

And still no answer to why you can't use 'advanced', still no little 'how-to-use-advanced', still no answer to the question what the LNB's brand is...

Only complaining, and repeating the same over and over again.....

Well, a '+1'from me for your last statement......
