Hello,

 

I have Canaal Digitaal Family HD and everything is working perfectly exept Travel Channel HD.

I have one or two minutes good image and then 20 seconds or longer a frozen image.

 

Canaal Digitaal says the signal is perfect, so the problem is on my side.

I have state-of-the-art equipment, new top quality cables etc.

The Astra 23,5 SNR signal is 80% and stable. If I change my disk it gets weaker, so this is the optimal signal and no reflection. All other channels are perfect full HD without any freezes.

 

What can I tweak to find the problem.

What I tried:

1) let the tuner search all channels again.

2) updating PLi

3) tried theTravel Channel HD channels on two different frequencies: 11914, 12109

 

In DreamboxEdit I see a lot of parameters. Can I change some of them to see if there is improvement?

Which should I not touch and which are interesting to tweak? Or can the problem be something different? Disenqc parameters?

I just put it in the slot.

 

I just see in the tuner settings there are soooo many parameters for the LNB, like LOF, spanningsmodus,, verhoogd voltage, tone modus, disenqc modus etc.. etc.. how do I know what are the optimum settings?

The optimum settings is when it works

 

If you're seeing these options and don't understand them, I suggest you switch to one of the "simple" modes.

Geen probleem hier met dit kanaal.. Weet niet hoe groot je schotel is, maar 10 dB is mager.. Met een goed gerichte schotel moet 12dB of hoger mogelijk zijn.. Zie bijlage

For testing just pull the networkcable out of your box and try again.... I suspect you to have external lines and your local card isnt used for decoding in the first place.

Hence if your crappy peers are failing to deliver the controlword the decoding of this channel fails too and your softcam seems to be unable to failover to your local card.
