"Disable live at plugin start" - mean that video from live signal will be disabled when you open plugin, you will not have video from live signal connected to STB

Filmovita is OK here (UK) and now (21.32), re. that link SSS posted, it is fine on my laptop.

Earlier version of IPTV Player did not work. Then, I updated.

Restart > not working still, sadly, at my end.

Filmovizija is working! :)

Thanx!

@SSS

While working on the german translation i found a bug in Favourites manager. The bug occurs only if there is just one Favourite Group in Favourites manager.

How to reproduce:
choose an element
Press green button
A message appears "There is no favourites groups."
-> The STB gets not responsive and does not react.

btw. Would it be more logical if the message reads "There are no other favourite groups"

Favourites manager is not skinned properly
on first screen more space is needed between buttons for correct discription

on second screen The button discriptions do not show fully

@doubledip

You are not responding for my question, so maybe I will also not respond to your.
What do you think?

How to reproduce:
choose an element
Press green button
A message appears "There is no favourites groups."
-> The STB gets not responsive and does not react.

Sorry, but I do not understand. When you press green button "Add group" then you have such message?

Both messages:

"Reverse a playlist" and "Use subtitles parser extension if available" can be translated and translation works. So, I do not know what is your problem?

Found a solution, not a problem anymore. The phrases were missing in german IPTVPlayer.po

"Buffer path"  is similar to "Records path" it is not only for RTMP buffering. I really do not know why you connect Buffer path only with RTMP, there are also "[HTTP] buffering", "[HLS/M3U8] buffering", so why you connect buffering only with RTMP?

"Disable live at plugin start" - mean that video from live signal will be disabled when you open plugin, you will not have video from live signal connected to STB

Thanks for the clarification.

I will have many more questions for the translation.  :P

Sorry, my report was maybe not clear.

You need to choose an element in the Gruop folder and than press green button. Iptv player than quits, stb get not responsive.

Bug occurs if you have only one group in favourites manager.

No bug anymore :)

The buttons are in a better position now and you changed the sentence in the messagebox.

Thanks again.

@SSS

I have found some not translatable parts.

updateclzxkmniy7.jpg

have this in IPTVPlayer.po

msgid "Wersja poprawna."
msgstr "Korrekte Version."

msgid "Completed."
msgstr "Vollendet."

msgid "Completed.\n"
msgstr "Beendet.\n"

msgid "During processing, please do not interrupt."
msgstr "In Bearbeitung. Bitte nicht unterbrechen."

The german translation is not finished yet. Still a lot to do. But about 90% translated. Atteched the german IPTVPlayer.po & IPTVPlayer.mo for you.

@doubledip
Open your fork on gitlab:

Then click on "Merge Requests" then green button "New merge Request".

Then fill source and target branches and then green button "Compare branches and continue".

I will give it a try later.

I have a question within "Configuring an external movie player" about these two entries:

* Default video policy

* Default second video policy

I guess one is 4:3 video policy and the other for 16:9 video policy. Am i right?

Imo its not instantly clear for a user what the options are about.

Which one of these two options is for 4:3 and 16:9. I want to give the user this information in the german translation.

I do not have a clue how gitlab works, sorry. Not sure if i made a merge request? :unsure:
