I presume also in the French file is Extreme Sports HD France, 19.2E, 12441V.
This is a different version than the European one, but it has the European EPG.

Serv.ref. is 1:0:19:196D:44E:1:C00000:0:0:0:

But pay attention: The EPG of the French version of Extreme Sports on their website is offset by one hour.

 

The Now/Next EPG f.e. is showing (saturday 23 may):

14:30 X GAMES

15:20 X GAMES - OSLO

The French programming on the website:

14:15 Deeper than snow

14:40 Drag Racing: NHRA Sportsman...

15:30 X Games - Austin
16:20 X Games - Oslo

 

 

I checked some other channels too, which I can receive the signal:

Hello Willy,

 

The EPG for Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 is wrong. There are additional false lines and good lines haven't the good schedule, there are one hour later. Example, if Moto GP is à 11:00, there is written 12:00.

Recently I have changed all eurosport channels to be grabbed from: tv.eurosport.com  (used the corresponding page for the countries f.i. tv.eurosport.fr fro france)

But checking the grabber I see made an error.  Time zone set wrong.  (1 hour different).

 

Will correct it immedialetely.

The additional lines originate from the frequent updates of the eurosport website.

Delete the epg in your receiver before importing.

Yes I know that and I've deleted the EPG database but since last week, I have a lot of extra lines which don't correspond to anything. Example, between lines of tennis, what is right, there are lines of football, athleticism which correspond to nothing.

I ran the affected parts immediately with the corrected grabber (It was a misdefined timezone)

There is a problem in EPG for Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2. There are only a few lines.

 

Eurosport 1 : 1:0:19:232D:442:1:C00000:0:0:0:

Eurosport 2 : 1:0:19:24BE:43C:1:C00000:0:0:0:

L EQUIPE 21 : 1:0:1:7A4D:410:1:C00000:0:0:0:

 

There is another problem. I don't know if it depends of you. In the EPG list channels, some channels have no entry (for example channel 94) but if I click on button "Guide", I get the whole channel EPG. I join a photo :

Is solved this morning.  (already on the download servers)

Problem was that the download page changed its format.  And it looks I cannot solve it immediately.  So grabbed it from somewhere else.

 

Also L'Equippe 21 has EPG on my receiver.  Although it lacks descriptions.

Changed the grab to PlayTV

 

About the gaps in the schedule (TMC):  These are mostly caused by a missing show.  Sometimes the title is not grabbed and then the show is simply omitted.

This is a bug in the grabber.  But without an actual occurance it is difficult to spot.  If you notice this again can find out the start and stop times of the previous show and the next show.  These are easily obtained from the EPG in the webif.  If you can point me out to such an occurance, I probably can easily fix it.  (From the above picture I cannot tell at which time this occured, and looking through the TMC schedule I cannot see anything abnormal (yet).

Checked the XMLTV file on missing shows for TMC.

Today is presented in the attached screenshot.

Sorry, I don't understand this sentence.

 

As you can see on the picture, there are other channels which have no title : i>TELE, NRJ12, W9 and on another picture (I can join it if you want), I can see CANAL+, M6, ARTE, BFM TV, D17, D8, Gulli. First I thought there was no EPG but there is one if I push button "Guide".

 

I haven't notice if it's the same channels every day (I shall look for it this evening) but it's only for TNT channels, I have no problem with Sat channels.

I will observe the TNT channels on my receiver also.

Up to now, I have not seen it on these channels.  (Saw on a few dutch channels - which i subsequently fixed)

 

Problem is that on the XMLTV files I cannot spot this error.  And I need an error the be able to fix it.

So I need an error and locate it in the XMLTV file to be able to fix it.  (The error needs to be reproducible)

 

That is what I am trying to ask you, if you see such an error post it pls.  However if you spot the error in the schedule of this evening, and post it.  It will be tomorrow before I see it, and thus at that point I cannot reproduce it.

Yesterday evening when I checked (several times) all these channels did have EPG.

Also this morning (still with the import from yesterday)

 

Problem is finding an error which I can reproduce here.  Up to know I have not seen one.

Waouaw! I don't understand why it's correct for you and not for me . This night I've done another import, then I got the new EPG for Eurosport (thank you) but if I have the EPG for the TNT channels I wrote yesterday, they have no title in the channel list. Can the problem come from my skin?

 

If we have now the EPG for Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2, there is the same problem than the last time before you add the subtitle. The subject is not understandable : for example, there is "Motocyclisme" (Motorbike) and you can't know what it is : an old race? Which one? Qualifications? SBK? Moto GP, endurance...? So today on Eurosport 2, there are several entries with "Motocyclisme" and it seems it's the old Moto GP races of the year.

 

Last time, you add the subtitle but these ones seems to be not convenient : there are sentences unless it's not the subtitles. Isn't possible to get the EPG from Eurosport? It is more easy to understand with the title and the subtitle.

About the Eurosport EPG:

I have to write a new grabber for it.  But up to know I do not understand the webpage. 

It has dramatically changed.  And the first step in grabbing is understanding the webpage.  I am still studying on this one.

 

I understand the problem, and want to solve this.  But it will take some time.

Ok they have also changed the presentation which is not convenient. Then I'm going to wait you find a solution .

 

For the problem with the TNT, I shall try the standard skin this evening, I don't use it because reading white characters on black screen is tiring for my eyes .
