Since a few days, we haven't any more EPG for :

Motors TV :   1:0:19:22CE:434:1:C00000:0:0:0:

 

I don't know if it was good this morning. It's not the first time it disappears and it comes back alone.

 

Can you examine it please?

Indeed, also on my receiver, no EPG for this channel with the import of yesterday.

 

However the schedule is back in the XMLTV file this morning.  Will check later (after my receiver has done the import) if there is an import problem.

But since the homepage has a schedule and the grab seems to work at the moment, I cannot determine any-more if the problem was located here.

PS: this schedule comes from the homepage.  And this website has an history of missing schedules.  They mostly come back after a few days, but it remains annoying.

I also see on the webpage, the name has been changed to Motorsport.tv

Yes the EPG used to come back after a few days but this time it was too long, we had not the EPG for the next day and I missed "movies". Even if I can't see Motors TV on the Xtrend, I look up at it to program the Canal+ Cube where the EPG is not convenient at all. I never see it.

 

Yes, there is another name for Motors TV but there is always Motors TV on the screen. I don't know why. And you use "1:0:19:22CE:434:1:C00000:0:0:0:" to extract it and not the name, isn't it?

Both these channels are grabbed from mycanal.fr and something must be wrong there.  (I grab only a few channels form there)

It looks like I will have to write a grabber for these homepages, because of the very inadequate listing on the general webpages.

 

Trace Africa is not grabbed at the moment.  Will add it.

Motors TV no longer exist (near bankrupt so it was purchased by motorsport now).  The channel is turned now into Motorsport.tv but, as usual, Canal only change channel name when they do channel reordering (one is foreseen by the end of this month) so probably that after it, Canal will reflect the channel real name.

Yes Motors TV was purchased but I haven't found Motors TV was in bankrupt even if it was not a rich enterprise. And generally, the director, Jean-Luc Roy, listens to his customers.

Ok, Motors TV was in difficulties but it was not a bankrupt  and when Canal put them in a paying option, a lot of customers don't take it and they lost a lot of customers. Jean-Luc Roy explained he was not happy (and angry) with this Canal decision.

Learn to read what I wrote and don't skip words: I wrote "near bankrupt" so I never wrote that it was really in "bankrupt" but face huge money problems.

Can you change the EPG for Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 because we can read "Championnat du monde 2017" ("World Championship 2017") for a lot of sport and we can't know which sport it is.

I tried several websites.  Most are more or less what we have now.

So changed to grab to what you proposed.  It is the only one which gives the schedule this way.

 

The grab is running, and the result will be uploaded asap.

Hello Willy,

 

Can you add the subtitles to the titles for Eurosport 1 and 2 as you did it previously?

 

And can you change the EPG for L'EQUIPE and use http://www.programme-tv.net/, it's the same case than Eurosport.

 

There are 2 entries : satellite and TNT :

Satellite :               1:0:1:7A4D:410:1:C00000:0:0:0:

TNT :                     1:0:19:A02:A:20FA:EEEE0000:0:0:0:

It would be convenient to add also the subtitles.

Probelm with grabbing from programme-tv.net

So for the update of today I had included something different.

 

Worked on solving the problems with programme-tv.net and the result is attached.

Can I ask for your comments on this.  (All information is in the title)
