Where can I download it? In the repo is still the old version 0.3-r0. I would gladly tested

I havent checked Taapat's tree for a while but I believe he uses a slightly older (and stable) version of gstreamer (I cant check now as I'm posting from my phone).
I have some issues with hls streams on spark as well using gstreamer 1.8 or later.
You could try playing your streams with exteplayer3, that will work for sure. See the opening post.
In the next version I'll revert back to the gstreamer version from Taapat for sh4.
Mipsel doesn't have this problem using the latest gstreamer.

Because I tested this link "http://63.237.48.28/ios/MBC_ACTION/MBC_ACTION.m3u8" with exteplayer3 on both SH4 and MIPSEL platforms and it works.

I checked this stream:
video is coded with H.265 (hevc)
you need STB with chipset which support this codec.

About which receiver you are talking?
If about spark, then I do not use gstreamer on spark, only on solo2.
