Coolman heeft een nieuwere versie gemaakt:

Hier eine kleine Weihnachtsüberaschung

Cool TV Guide 7.6

Thanks for the pyi file.  Can you tell me however how I put this into my VU solo2.  I do not have that experience.  Do I need both files ( pyi and IPK).  Just put them on USB stick and into the VU?

I believe coolman might not be happy with his closed source hacked and publiahed open here and also his time bomb being hacked

Nope he is not dead

https://1drv.ms/i/s!...j868cEg6YV_OO7g

Either you can wait until he is finished with his work abroad.

...which can be anytime between tomorrow and 4-5 years :)

Or you can ask google for an Enigma 2 version, or "cooltv 1.2.2017 FIX"

In case you need a deb version send me PM

Actually I'd like to try GMEpg. I can see the file GraphMultiEpg.pyo and GraphMultiEpgSetupActions.pyo in my extensions, but I can't seem to get it going. I've tried Keymap of long EPG to 'graphepg' but what I'm getting is a poor looking epg with now next more buttons which I can't seem to scroll to.

If you feel that is the case, help us improve it.

Start by telling us what is so cool about it, and what functionality you are missing.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Please don't get me wrong.

I don't want to offend anyone.

Looking with an unpartial eye to both says all.

You can see in every related forum members with the same opinion.

I must revise though:Trabant is too harsh and unappropriate ..

Correction:VW(which is not a bad car)

Both have for 99% the same features.... So this comment makes really no sense... unless you compare it where the orriginal GMEPG for years and years ago did come from. Maybe because you were used to CoolTV for years you might completely miss the development progress the orriginal GMEPG did underwent...

The big issue about CoolTVGuide is the fact it is closed source and it has a time bomb... Which open source minded or open source user does want closed source crap with a time bomb on his opensource box?

Everything you miss in Cool TV Guide might considered to be added in the open sourced GMEPG. In addition the whole open source community can help here...I think we can better invest in getting the GMEPG better then 'hacking' a time bombed closed source 'thing'.

@ddinc,

you are not offending me: I honestly want to know which features in Cool you find you can not live without, and are not present in the default MultiEPG. If we can improve it.

The last thing I like to ignite is  a discussion over tastes.

I did not know that this was a genuine PLI plugin (:

To my taste there are too many rectangles (yes CTV also but speaks to me)

Maybe it looks better in PLI images.

I don't know of course.

To cut short what I miss were the following:

But this is my taste (and many others)

You might not know but people are looking feverishly for a solution

to get it going again in 6-7 forums....since over a month.

Hi

(Net translation ;) )

For my part I find CoolTVguide clearer to easily view in a single screen programs on multiple channels AND on a fairly long time slot AND with an image of the current channel.
GMepg does almost as well, but (except error on my part) the hare range to consult can only be emitted by emission. So to view the programs on an entire evening (say 9 pm to 11 pm) you have to zap between several screens.
It's less cool.
Your screenshots are an illustration. For me it is the best synthesis that can propose an epg currently.

I'm not sure I understand: the second screenshot is MGepg?
In native I do not have this with MGepg. You say it is a simple parameterization to make? ... If yes, then indeed it is urgent that I go to see this.

Hi Blunt.

Well, I did not know that GMepg could be set ...
But I'm starting to understand why: even now that I know, i can not find the settings page of GMepg !
Where is it hidden, how to access it ?
Help, please.
