There is a crash when playing a video, then pressing the yellow button twice to access 'subtitle selection' and then the blue button for 'subtitle quickmenu'.

The crashlog is empty!??

not confirmed

The second crash is triggered when opening a terrestrial channels list and pressing menu - show transponder info.

When bugs like these are all squashed. ;)

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Well, I started enigm2 in debug mode and here is the output:

/usr/bin/enigma2.sh: line 30:   820 Killed                  LD_PRELOAD=$LIBS /usr/bin/enigma2

So, there is definitely a crash.

The same code is also used in ServiceInfo.py, so if it is possible to have an eServiceReference without info, that service reference will also crash ServiceInfo.

What kind of service is this? A downloaded file or a recording?

[eMPEGStreamParserTS] broken startcode

https://github.com/O...rparse.cpp#L909

That shouldn't cause a segfault?

Indeed, this is a very "normal" message.

Found my 2nd Bug. The 2nd Infobar is not to disable. After Reboot the menu switches back from "keine" to "kein timeout" by itself. Plz fix. ;)

I hope to have a new rc ready tomorrow after noon. We're a bit short on building resources at the moment, we're working on it.

Confirmed - by me.

But I cannot reproduce it reliably.

With playing an MKV instead a recording....

Looks like we need a sanity check for the attribute info....

Strange, that if I created this submenu several years ago, it worked for playback avi too (I tested with this menu +/- delay for subtitles). And today on same avi's it crashed...

Also, I noticed there is no 'None' in the softcam selection which was present in openpli 4.0

Now, there is no way to stop a softcam via menu, for example when replacing the softcam binary.

What's the reason for this?

It definitely used to work, indeed.

Also, when compared to 4.0, in 6.0 it doesn't seem to be possible to assign a hotkey to 'softcam setup' :(

I also have this crash when going to subtitle quickmenu.

There is also some other error:

[eServiceMP3] Gstreamer warning : Internal data flow problem. (1) from subtitle_sink
[eServiceMP3] Gstreamer warning : Internal data flow problem. (1) from subtitle_sink
[eServiceMP3] Gstreamer warning : Internal data flow problem. (1) from subtitle_sink

I also have some other problem with subtitles. Sometimes they are showing just for few milliseconds. They are very fast. You can't read them. On PC they are fine.

Another thing. I noticed that directories on samba shares on my STB are now files. You can't enter them!

Attaching 2 logs and screenshot.

You get the none back in the softcam menu when you officially download a softcam....

I manually copied the files because I don't want my oscam to be overwritten by the one from the server.

I just made an empy softcam.None file and placed it into /etc/init.d and it's OK now.
