I have a vu+duo receiver with an open pli4 iptve image installed.

when my vu+du0 box is switched off using  deep standby option , a red lamp appears on led panel and  i cant boot it up with the remote, i have to switch the vu+ on from the back so that it boots up .

Any solution for this problem?

Yes. Get your soldering iron out, after you have read https://forums.openp...lles-over-c807/ or https://forums.openp...uo-wont-stat-up

Note that some is in Dutch, so you may need uncle Google to translate, but the gist of things is that the capacitors in the power supply have bought it, and need to be replaced as soon as possible to prevent additional damage.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

@WanWizard: I am not sure but I think you misunderstood unisat. In the linked threat there is a dead box. The problem of unisat (and mine too) is that there is no possibility to boot it after deep standby with rc or front power button. But it is possible to boot the box with the power switch on the back site.

I will try out, if it is a image or a hardware problem. I will try some different images (original, openpli 4). But in other forums I found the same problem with the solution to change the motherboard, so maybe it is a hardware problem. I bought my receiver this week, so I think if the problem occured also with stock and openpli 14 image, I will contact my sat dealer.

Never heard of this specific problem.

The VU+ Duo is an end of life box, so you have bought an old, and perhaps already dying one. When the power supply dies, the mainboard doesn't get the correct voltages anymore, and the weirdest things happen.

In that case, the first part of my answer still applies. ;)
