The adapted backup suite(with h7 support) is most likely not included in the current image yet.
Can you please download this file
https://github.com/P...lookuptable.txt
(Raw button and then right mouse click save as)
Replace the file on the 2. box with this version. Afterwards flashing the box should work.

Error, rootfs.bin not present (sure, backupsuite do a rootfs.tar.bz2)

Zgemma H7S Openpli 6.0 R.C.
Zgemma H2.H OpenPli 6.0 R.C.

Zgemma H2 OpenPli 4

Strange.
You have installed an PLi image on the second box to be able to flash the backup. Right? It is a rc6.0? Please update it. It should include the latest backup suite. If it still don't work there is a bug in the plugin and we need to analyze what's wrong.

In this case I can offer you a workaround so that you can flash your box.

Same Openpli 6.0RC on the second box.
BackupSuite wants the two .bin files to restore the backup.

Zgemma H7S Openpli 6.0 R.C.
Zgemma H2.H OpenPli 6.0 R.C.

:(
Ok, the workaround. Open a telnet session on the box you want to flash. Execute this in telnet:
ofgwrite -r -k <path to backup>
The backup needs to be stored on a hard disk or USB stick. NAS is in some cases also ok.
Warning: Flashing starts immediately!

Can you try this plugin.py

Copy this plugin to

/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/BackupSuite/

and restart enigma2 and try again

The plugin.py needed to be adjusted

On my zgemma H7 C I recently installed the last openpli-6.1-release-h7-20180106_usb and also I had problems related to the backupsuite plugin, the backup seems OK while the restore does not work and does not start.
I followed Pedro's suggestion and I replaced the plugin.py indicated by him, the result was positive, the restore starts and ends, but when H7 is restarted it starts the reboot but it stops not restarting ..... the display shows the word "boot".
I am forced to make the usb flash again.

Or nobody (that has read this) has an answer. I don't know, don't have an H7, and never use the backupsuite.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Many answers to your question can be found in our new and improved wiki.
