6.1 ? That version does not exist?
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Standard here is "root" without a password... first login via telnet as SSH is blocked without password.

If you enable authentification for WebIf you need to set the password via telnet (passwd command in telnet) or via a plugin (search setpasswd or password in the plugin feed).

E.g. use putty to open telnet connection to your box (user root and no password). Then enter passwd and set new password. So not really difficult:
# passwd New password: Retype new password: passwd: password updated successfully

It depends on the box... but most common boxes should have HbbTV -and- Kodi.
