all work without dvb

also what do you mean dvb not work?

if by that you mean enigma2 doesn't scan then that is to be expected, right now all you can test is the presence of dvb nodes and maybe tune or scan using command line tools

if you mean to place the dtb file in the first partition of the sdcard then that won't work since the dtb file is embedded inside the kernel.itb file and you have to either decompile and compile again or just make the change in the recipe files.

Ahh and also to anyone how's testing please test that the ir remote control works, if not check and see if you have the /dev/amremote node.

 

I had to change update the device tree to get the amremote node enabled in k2pro_s905, maybe other devices needs this change too.

I had compiled this image for K1 Pro, using your recipe for K2 Pro (old) & CoreELEC kernel (by making necessary amendments) and K1pro.dts (obtained by decompiling dtb file for K1 Pro that comes with CoreELEC).

Box booted well.

Remote control working.

FullHD skin working.

DVB drivers for AVL6862 loaded and detecting the inbuilt tuner as DVB-S/DVB-T tuner (no DVB-C).

Tuner setup worked, scan started for DVB-S and completed as usual but without finding any channel.

sorry, the device trees for k1plus and k3pro were corrupted, I fixed them and added remote support for all models. Update, rebuild image and test again

Problem lies with the dts files included with the recipes. I replaced with the dts obtained from decompiled dtb from CoreELEC, then it boots OK. But now remote is not working, while it was working OK with last night's image.

I will share new test images shortly.
