I still have to clear up enigma from the remains of WeTek, which quite dirtied the overall code.

You miss the actual error messages there.

And there is a reason why OpenPLi doesn't make DM800 images anymore, with it's antique kernel and very limited memory...

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

The error is pretty clear:

OSError: [Errno 36] File name too long: '/home/test/git/openpli-oe-core/build/sstate-cache/linuxmint-19/af/sigtask.j5bkpen_' -> '/home/test/git/openpli-oe-core/build/sstate-cache/linuxmint-19/af/sstate:gnu-config-native:x86_64-linux:20150728+gitAUTOINC+b576fa87c1:r0:x86_64:3:af03ebfe0c54c565c27dc4f47a528e5e_prepare_recipe_sysroot.tgz.siginfo'

so you use a filesystem that doesn't support filenames this long...

Thanks for your time and help,

I use etx4 and have no idea on way i get this problem,  ext4 should support long file names.  is it some way to check what might be wrong with my file system?

Will try to set up a new pc and try again, but would liked someone more test if it is even possible to build a working images for this box model dm800seV2

The error is pretty clear:

OSError: [Errno 36] File name too long: '/home/test/git/openpli-oe-core/build/sstate-cache/linuxmint-19/af/sigtask.j5bkpen_' -> '/home/test/git/openpli-oe-core/build/sstate-cache/linuxmint-19/af/sstate:gnu-config-native:x86_64-linux:20150728+gitAUTOINC+b576fa87c1:r0:x86_64:3:af03ebfe0c54c565c27dc4f47a528e5e_prepare_recipe_sysroot.tgz.siginfo'

The maximum length on ext4 is 255 characters, but if you have a layer on top, like for example cryptfs, it's a lot less...

I found the error, my home folder is encrypted and it clearly limits the length of the file name it needed, add new user without encryption now it works to build, and soon i know if it working to do mages

Persian Prince, really add on kernel support PowerVU (do not streamreley) on mips?

Please, give me links for update plugins on opkg.

Do you mean the 'progress bar' Enigma2 at startup? In that case it's probably not a kernel problem.

Check working telnet and FTP.

In case telnet is working, do:

init 4
ENIGMA_DEBUG_LVL=4 enigma2

And post output.
