Yep, no problem.

Install latest cvs on flash, setup network on cvs image, put USB stick on usb port, install barry allen plugin and then using plugin instructions install pli on usb, reboot box and choose it from the menu.

If you want to try other images besides PLi then you need to flash with latest cvs. If you keep PLi in flash not all images will load from USB.

CVS = http://nl.wikipedia....Versions_System (or http://en.wikipedia....Versions_System for English info).

In this case it refers to the most up to date version of the standard image, from code in the public CVS repository.

The PLi team use their own versioning system (we use SubVersion), which is syncronized with the public CVS on a regular basis, and allows us to work concurrently with multiple developers, and to develop and track code that differs from CVS.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Is that because DM800 is crippled? Flashwizard works fine in DM7000.

The DM800 is completely different than the DM7000. Flashwizard was never made for the DM800.

DM800 uses Enigma2 and DM700 the Enigma1, that's the difference.

Well that is a difference between the two but not the reason flashwzard doesn't support them. Flashwizard doesn't support the 500+ or the 600 either and they are enigma1 the reason as stated is because these models came out after flashwizard was released.
