so , i have changed the LNB and the situation remains the same   

 

i am not sure what should be done ,next.!!

 

any idea?!

possible remains a driver problem.
So try an older 6.2 or 7.0, if there is the error.
in 6.2 7.0 much older drivers would have to be used.

Trial is worth it.

Due to unknown reasons the lnb power might be to low which causes glitches.

as regardless that , i don't see any glitches

 

if yes, is there away to fix this or is there any known workaround ?

Maybe still a hardware issue in your powersupply. Something like a power supply that hasn’t the proper powerlevel anymore due to bad capacitors like with the Duo? Just a thought. A good service provider will be able to test this within a few minutes when checking the powerlevels with a scope.

It well might be some bad capacitor somewhere. Duo2 has chronic problems with them.

Did you ever try to install the image without any plugins besides a cam + settings? If not, you might check this to rule out whether you actually might have a memory-issue, which I do not expect.

so i am not sure , if this should be the root cause

if i am going to buy a new receiver , based on your experience can you recommend me a new one that have multiple tuners  and doesn't  face such issue?

what do think about vu+ ULTIMO 4K with all tuners on board , is it working smoothly?

 

i mean no dropouts or any thing similar

Hardware is of the same quality as the Duo 4K: very good. It's older, so its drivers are more mature.

one last question : have u tested it or Duo 4K? i mean with recording  and zapping at the same time  (local view and multiple tuners active for remote view) at the same time

 

if yes , have u noticed the issue of glitches/ dropouts or whatever have been mentioned in this topic

We have several Ultimo 4K's in the team, and I hear nothing but good news (same for all other 4K models btw).

 

I do have a Duo 4K, with two FBC modules (so 16 tuners), and besides the choppy audio problem that happens occasionally, I'm more than happy with it. And I am confident VU+ will fix this, the Ultimo 4K had issues too when it was first released.

Recording and zapping on the same time with a Ultimo4k is no problem at all, I use a DVB-C and DVB-S2 tuner, brings the total amount to 16 tuners, I use a unicable (JESS) setup for the DVB-S2 tuner and make a lot of simultanious recordings from different satellite's (4) at the same time.

Beside that is it possible to make more recordings by using the DVB-S tuners. I've tested with 12 recordings at the same time

I'll plan to replace my dou2 with Ultimo4k soon, so i may comeback with couple of questions later about Ultimo4k but on a different thread
