Hello,

Having had sometimes some crash, and in order to find and send it in a more simple way, can it be possible to have an option in settings to manage the crash logs?

Thanks and congrats as always for the good job done on OP.

What kind of option do you have in mind?

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

I was thinking about maybe some informations if possible about what caused the crash and too to find and transfer to computer or directly send to the team selected log.

I am asking this because, for some days, at least once or twice a day, I have crash. As mentionned in my other post, I was looking for an EPG problem, but yesterday again...

Thank god it is not send to us automatically! :)

And with a Windows PC, you can just navigate to your box with the Explorer, open the Harddisk, en copy the crash log over?

On ViX, there is a function to send logs automatically. Send to self as well as shared email address. Nobody reads them. An auto reply is given advising to upload to forum.

A post on forum with sufficient detail is better than just e-mailing a crash log.

Sent from my Moto G (5S) using Forum Fiend v1.3.3.

Which is why we have removed the email address from the crash logs, and replaced it with a reference to the forum.
