Hi,

I am trying to set up UK cable icons. I have all the icons but I am unsure how to match them in the xml file.

I read in a previous post this:

"Last time I checked the files sit in : /usr/share/tuxbox/enigma/pictures/mvicons

Then you need to modify the MV icons file found in /var/tuxbox/mv/icons.esml

And make sure the xml name="the name of the channel from the services file" and src="the png icon file".

That's what I seem to remember, but I could be wrong smiley"

Obviously that's for DM500 so the directorys would be /etc/tuxbox/mv/icons.esml for my DM600.

By following those instructions I came up with this:

The first one is setantasports and I wonder if that's correct?

I am no noob on the dreambox but for the life of me can't seem to get this working!

Suggest from another forum I tried to download icons from 28.2 east from the pli servers but none of them worked and I do have it enabled in the system settings.

1 = reftype, fixed
0 = flags, fixed
1 = servicetype (1=tv)
957 = SID
327B = transponder id
3277 = network id
6400000 = namespace (orbital position 1600 --> 640 hex)
0 = parent SID
0 = parent transponder id
0 = unused"

Im findind that a little hard to understand!

Where do I get the information to know what to rename my own picon files to?
