Hi

1) I installed pli on my DM800 and does not see any possibilty to have a manual install menu to install tgz or gz files etc..... GREEN BUTTON is also not working....

2) I also found that for adding plugins to jade dm800... the path for that is not the standart that all other image developpers are maintaining.....

3) It does not work on BarryAllen 4.6.4 since it gave error "Too Long"

4) It does not download Pli news

5) There is no way to create swapfile
and much more ....

Thanks in advance for your help...

packages need to be .ipk. tarballs are indeed not supported (unless you know what you are doing, in which case you'll know perfectly well how to install them yourself)
And the green button is really working, switch to a channel with subservices, press green, and you'll be able to select a subservice.

Yes it is, all plugins are installed in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins, just like everybody else does.

3) It does not work on BarryAllen 4.6.4 since it gave error "Too Long"

That's a BA limitation, just rename the nfi to a shorter name, and it should work.

4) It does not download Pli news

true

5) There is no way to create swapfile

tue, but you don't need one on the 800. At least not with our image.

and much more ....

...right
