No, don't have this issue. I've got 3 tuners with 19.2 / 23.5 / 28.2 on DiseqC and a 4th with only 28.2 (no DiseqC), and they all work fine.
Please post screenshots of your tuner configuration ( use the web interface, make sure to check the high resolution box, and the "more reply options" button below to attach the screenshots ).
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

i will a take a photo when i will at home. interestingly, it only makes a mistake with one satellite (23.5e) and writes a signal error. I can swap it to any input - there is not always a signal on this satellite. Signal on this satellite is about 12-13dB

And you haven't changed the satellites.xml, installed a new one, or replaced a channel list containing either this file or a lamedb file at the same time?

Nothing has changed, and I can't reproduce this behaviour on any of my boxes.
