Hy all,i have vu+ uno4k-se and tuner microsoft xbox one with driver dib0700 and dont work!

With any image ex.OpenAtv,Pure2,VTI,BlackHole,OBHole,Pkteam,etc work tuner with driver dib0700 (cable and terestrial) 

opkg update
opkg install enigma2-plugin-drivers-dvb-usb-dib0700 with telnet
 
or plugin/drivers/dvd-usb-dib0700

Why in OpenPli dont work??? Which library missing???

It should be working, it was fixed a few months ago. Which version and date of OpenPLi are you using?

On which version it was fixed as the last one does not work!

Some images have meta packages (which I think this refers to), which install all the drivers and firmware needed).

 

The problem is that these exist even if the box doesn't support those drivers, giving users a false sense of support. We decided to make sure all boxes have support for all drivers (which is a hell of a job), before making meta-packages available.

 

A quick search on the forum would have given you a link to the topic that describes which drivers you need to install (as I recall it is more than one).

Hy,i reinstalled image openpli-7.3-20201019 and now tuner cable and terestrial dont work.

Why not integrate driver usb external tuner in the image as in other E2?

How to fix now external tuner with driver dvb-usb-dib0700?

Works now:

 

opkg -force-depends install enigma2-plugin-drivers-dvb-usb-dib0700 kernel-module-dvb-usb-dib0700

I just tested this tuner. Manual install of modules went without any problems.

I do not have DVB-C anymore, but DVB-T and also T2 channels are scanned and working.

 

Signal strenght is always 0, so this is not working.

hi mates! here with openpli 8.2 release in a Formuler F1, the kernel-module-tda18250 is not found when you do 'opkg install kernel-module-tda18250'

 

there is someway to get it ready or download this for enigma2?

Supported in the kernel from 4.16 onwards.

 

Some vendors have backported it to their older kernels (like VU+ for there 4.1.20 and 4.1.45 kernels), but Formuler hasn't.

Sorry,for OpenPli 8.2 and 8.3. But now is ok and work with telnet.
