I have a Uno 4K SE and a Duo 4K with Xbox USB tuner. I download the dib0700 driver but simply OpenPli 7.2 does not recognize de tuner.
The tuner works perfectly in OBH/BH, OpenAtv and OpenVix (I try these).
I also have a Zero 4K where haven´t tested it, but it must be the same situation... any suggestions, please?

What do you mean by "download the dib0700 driver"?
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

It is the driver that supports this tuner ...

First box need to have minimal kernel 4.16 so this means the kernel need to have a patch which added the USB-ID(045e:02d5)
Second need follow packages: MN88472, TDA18250B, DIB0700 and firmware file dvb-usb-dib0700-1.20.fw

We can't patch the kernel, we don't maintain the BSP.

How and where can we contact with vu+?
Give an adress or anything.
It is easier to buy a Vu + USB Turbo Tuner, which works on OpenPli 7.2,
than to contact Vu + if it is only through this that the solution will pass ...
As for the other images you refer to, it works on these (Xbox Tuner),
and BH doesn't even need anything to recognize it. For the rest, insert
the driver (dib700), reboot (restarting E2 is not enough). In DVB-C you may
have some problems with certain frequencies.

Seems all patches are in the vu+ BSP branch. So you need probably to install all packages.
opkg install kernel-module-mn88472
opkg install firmware-mn8847x
opkg install kernel-module-dvb-usb-dib0700
opkg install firmware-dvb-usb-dib0700-1.20
opkg install kernel-module-tda18250
