Image tested on Gigablue Trio 4K.

-Tuner menus are now working.

Not fully tested as I didn't had the correct parameters to scan, but with DreamboxEdit or another editor it's working.

-Wifi, also not fully tested yet,.

Menus working and Wifi networks are now visible.

Working on feed, otherwise no OScam etc.

Build running now.

When ready, green light for test images.

Can't build for the moment, due to https://github.com/O...5a7010f33147439 which blocks our local SRC_URI overrides.

Is this needed? Does git:// no longer work?

Added to the list. I've also added the sh1 (old Zgemma's), so we have builds for all architectures.

We now have coverage of all architectures, this should be enough for now. I will make an exception for another mipsel box, as only mine is on the list, and I don't have much time.

I have an et10k but without tuners acting as a fallbackclient. If that is not a problem I can test a python3 image on the stb.

2 x ultimo4k (dvb-c fbc + 1 dvb-s2, 9.0r/nb) + een et10k/osmini ((nb) geen tuners en dus fallbackclient, nb) met een Synology ds214+ (2 x 6 TB) op DSM 7.1.1 in ziggo oost (voormalig @Home) + A1/A2/A3/HB (TechniSat)

Ok, that will do.

I now have enabled

MACHINES+=(vuultimo4k)
MACHINES+=(vuduo4k)
MACHINES+=(lunix3-4k)
MACHINES+=(h9)
MACHINES+=(hd51)
MACHINES+=(gbtrio4k)
MACHINES+=(ustym4kpro)
MACHINES+=(pulse4k)
MACHINES+=(osmio4kplus)
MACHINES+=(et10000)
MACHINES+=(vipert2c)
MACHINES+=(sh1)

which should be enough for now.

As soon as this is adressed, I can schedule a test build:

PULSe4k python3 image will not build for me. Log attached.

configure: error:

  Example: ./configure LIBS="-L/usr/non-standard-path/python/lib"

git:// works if you have your github ssh keys available in your build env. There is no longer anonymous ssh access to github even just for reading. In my case I just ran the following in my build folder and then git knew to use my keys...

git config --global user.name "Huevos"
git config --global user.email my@email.com

Ah, it is related to that. That means we have to think about a plan B for our internal builds, if we want to continue to llow anonymous github access.

Suggestion: create a new github user that has no write access to anything. Add an ssh key for that user on github. Use those keys in your build env. Every user can do that.

We don't have a problem (our buildservers have an account), I also have one active, so that is why I don't have this issue myself.

The problem is with every user that doesn't have a github account. I don't want to force people to have to create one. A homebuild should be possible without such dependencies.

We currently have the option to override the SRC_URI in our build system to point to a local mirror.

It is used for repo's that are down a lot (think videolan for example), or as an option to quickly restart a build using a local mirror (copied from downloads) if a repo is down.

This currently works with git://, but not with git over https.

So we need to think about a plan B for our build system, as we would like to keep this functionality, and at the same not force users to get github accounts because github has disabled anonymous ssh access...
