For some reason my dealer put an image on my box with a parental lock set. I can view locked channels through the web interface but if I try and view from the DM remote... I get blocked.

Any idea how I can reset the parental lock on a DM800 enigma2 box?

Hmm, if you're willing to flash your box, you should be up and running in no time.

DreamBox Edit cleared the parental locks. However, I now need to find a way to reset the pin so I can relock the adult channels. Anyone know where to change the config file?

Yes it does, when you downloading settings from your box, we know.
After downloading, select all erotic channels. right mouse button: toggle parental lock.
Then just upload the settings to your box.

Now that the locks are cleared.... I just need to know where to set the pin so I can re-lock it with the remote. Anyone? I found a great write up for doing this with the 500 but that doesn't apply with enigma2.
