hello i got a dm 800 jade 2
can anyone telle me what is the direct streamnig port
so to use vlc -open network stream

for example open http://192.168.1.7:31344 i m using on my dm500 running jade.

You need to retrieve the 'stream.m3u' file from the DM800. Http into the dreambox, click on the small screen to the right of the selected HD TV channel and 'open' it. VLC will start. You need a good PC to view this. My AMD X2 6000 is powerful enough but I've got a AMD X2 4800 which won't (jerky picture). same graphics cards (ATI Radeon HD 2400), same memory (4G DDR2) similar motherboards (MSI). Looks like HD is going to make a lot of PCs obsolete.
