Unfortunately the forum software calssifies my post as spam,
what can I do?

Welcome here. We'll try our best .
What are the issues?
What kind of unicable setup do you exactly have?
How you have configured your tuners?
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

next try:
I use the above uno4kse with two FBC tuners.
tuner A is connecet to a telestar skywire unicable lnb (https://telestar.de/...skywire-hc-lnb/) pointing to Astra 28.2
tuner B is connecet to a telestar skywire unicable lnb (https://telestar.de/...skywire-hc-lnb/) pointing to Astra 19.2
tuner C-E are connected to A, tuner E-H are connected to B respectivly
setting e.g.:
config.Nims.0.advanced.lnb.1.lof=unicable
config.Nims.0.advanced.lnb.1.scrList=1
config.Nims.0.advanced.lnb.1.unicableManufacturer=Telestar
config.Nims.0.advanced.lnb.1.unicableProduct=Skywire HC LNB
config.Nims.0.advanced.sat.282.lnb=1
config.Nims.0.advanced.sats=282
config.Nims.0.configMode=advancedconfig.Nims.1.advanced.lnb.2.lof=unicable
config.Nims.1.advanced.lnb.2.scrList=1
config.Nims.1.advanced.lnb.2.unicableManufacturer=Telestar
config.Nims.1.advanced.lnb.2.unicableProduct=Skywire HC LNB
config.Nims.1.advanced.sat.192.lnb=2
config.Nims.1.advanced.sats=192
config.Nims.1.configMode=advancedconfig.Nims.2.advanced.lnb.1.lof=unicable
config.Nims.2.advanced.lnb.1.scrList=2
config.Nims.2.advanced.lnb.1.unicableManufacturer=Telestar
config.Nims.2.advanced.lnb.1.unicableProduct=Skywire HC LNB
config.Nims.2.advanced.sat.282.lnb=1
config.Nims.2.advanced.sats=282
config.Nims.2.advanced.unicableconnected=true
config.Nims.2.configMode=advanced....config.Nims.5.advanced.lnb.2.lof=unicable
config.Nims.5.advanced.lnb.2.scrList=2
config.Nims.5.advanced.lnb.2.unicableManufacturer=Telestar

config.Nims.5.advanced.sats=192
config.Nims.5.advanced.unicableconnected=true
config.Nims.5.advanced.unicableconnectedTo=1
config.Nims.5.configMode=advanced
all works fine, but:
when I watch a program von 19.2 e.g das erste and a recording starts on 28.2 eg. BBC one the screen turns black! tuner error!
if I switch to a different 19.2 program e.g. ZDF and start a second recording i get the same: tuner error, BUT: recording seems to start and when I switch back to das erst I can watch!
any ideas what went wrong?

What OpenPLi version are you running?
Since you mention tuners A-H, you have one FBC tuner, not two. With input 1 and input 2 connected to two different unicable LNB's as I undestand it.
Can you post a screenshot of both the tuner overview page (easy to make with the webinterface, make a screenshot, save the image, then attach it here using "More reply options").

Commercial blah, to make it look more than it is.
An FBC tuner card ( = one tuner PCB ) has two root tuners, two inputs, and 6 leaf tuners (internally looped through tuners).
The Uno 4K and Solo 4K have one of these, the Duo 4K and Ultimo 4K can have two, which gives you

If you use both inputs, you have to define for tuners C - H if you want to have them connect to tuner A or tuner B (or tuner I and tuner J for the second FBC tuner card).

In the web interface, in the middle, there is a link "Bildschirminfo". That gives you the screen shot. Right-click on it, and save it.
Then use "More reply options" (next to the "post" button) to attach it to your post.

unfortunately with these setings only 28.2 (LNB 1) shows an image.
all chanels on 19.2 (LNB 2) stay dark.
more details of the HW:
two skywire lnbs:
1. facing 19.2 the unicable exit is direclty connect to the second (inner) input of the tuner
2. facing 28.2 the unicable exit is direclty connect to the first (outer) input of the tuner

That is where it goes wrong.
You have two LNBs, each connected via a cable to an input. But your config says all tuners are connected to input A.
So you need to configure A for 28.2 only, configure B for 19.2 only, (assuming that is your LNB order) and then for C to H connect them to either A or B, depending on the userbands you have available.
You can only connect both to a single input (using a unicable combiner) if you don't have an overlap in userbands, for example if you have programmable LNB's and have programmed one LNB for UB1-16, and the other LNB for UB17-32.
In my case (the screenshot above), I only have input A connected, and it is connected to a Jultec Unicable switch providing those three positions.

I´ve seen in your post 3 that you use
config.Nims.0.advanced.sat.282.lnb=1
and
config.Nims.1.advanced.sat.192lnb=2
I think you must use for both Sats LNB=1 because you doesn´t have LNB number 2. You have on both cables only LNB number 1. On the first cable for 282 and on the second cable for 192
How is your config now exactly?

You haven't selected 19.2E Ka band instead of Ku band by any chance?

OI don't think I have, the gui doesn't gives a choice, so i aussune the right band Ku band is used.
and without recording on 28.2 all chanels on 19.2 work just fine. 1_0_19_283D_3FB_1_C00000_0_0_0_20220127222957.jpg 89.19KB 1 downloads

Sure the GUI gives you the choice, it is the first thing you need to select before you can configure all other unicable parameters:

Can you check the high-definition checkbox under the screenshot, so it is actually readable?
I can't comment on what that is, you seem to have loaded a custom satellites.xml.
