I think the "." next to the genre cause problems and the other elements are ignored by epgimport. See screenshot for your example

Yes with the modifications you made in France_Sport-cinema and France_TNT, now it's OK.

Try importing the French Movie/Sport file after 13h30.

Did a complete new grab with all the modifications.  Only for the Ciné cinéma channels.

Just the "." has disappeared, but the year is not there but is in the epg file: <sub-title lang="fr">[Comédie dramatique]  (1966) [France - Italie]</sub-title>

 

Same thing for all Ciné+ channels.

For a channel like OCS, every informations are between [ ], for Canal+ FR we lost year too, not for Canal+ Cinéma

Edit: In fact the best EPG is the one used for Canal+ Cinéma (and some other channels, it's very clean I think.

Which provider is used for teva.fr ? Because the current program name is Bull *2016 instead of just Bull.

I do not know what is going on.

The attached screenshot is what is given on my receiver for the same show.

 

The year is mentioned.

 

We clearly have a different skin used.  But I cannot image this will make difference.

I am using OpenPLi 8.3 with the OpenPLi version of EPGimport.

Are you using something different?

Should that make a difference?

 

The only thing I can ask you to do, is clear all EPG in your receiver, and do a fresh import.

This to make sure we are importing the same info.

 

PS:  http://rytecepg.dyndns.tv/epg_data/ seems to be off-line.  I cannot update it or download from it.

(Should not be a problem, if you cannot download from it, another website is automatically selected)

Sure, OpenPli use a different version of epgimport. But every other images based on oe-alliance use another version, the one maintain by oe-alliance team. It's always the same problem, OpenPli team don't want to work with oe-alliance team. A ridiculous fight.....

 

Mine installed on openATV 7.2 is enigma2-plugin-extensions-epgimport - 1.0+git275+6eb43b6-r0

 

And I don't want to install OpenPli because I don't like this image.

Why don't you use the same format than the one used on other channels, so every info between [ ], for example in OCS Max

The EPG for OCSMax is from:  programme-tv.net

 

The info on this website is listed on the website in one tag.

Since everything ends up in the subtitle tag, I did not bother to split things up, but just added it to the subtitle tag as one string.

 

(This is not possible for other websites)

 

As for the OE-A version of EPGimport.  Report an issue on github fo it.
