Did you clear the Golf+/Golf Channel EPG problem?

They have the same EPG.

 

Misunderstood you. 

Closer look revealed that they are a different channel.

Found EPG for it, and applied it.  (corresponds with the schedule you found)

Hi Willy, first try was not good because I forgot to not applying the channel_id filter on the custom channels file.  (Disable this setting in the EPGimport plugin setup)... Then it's much much better... Lots of problems corrected BUT... (sorry  )

 

Golf+ 1:0:19:2207:44C:1:C00000:0:0:0 and Nollywood Nollywood.fr  Rytec/France/Mixte (Iptv) have their EPG mixed (i have once A golf program then a Nollywood program mixed together) AND Golf HD still has the correct Golf+ EPG without the mix...??? What is this? Can't you assign the actual Golf Channel EPG to Golf+ and reassign the good Golf Channel EPG to Golf Channel https://www.golfchan...r/fr/grille-tv?

Nollywood:

 

How is this possible?  Nollywood is not even assigned a service ref.

It is still in the file, because in the past it has had an assignment.  But not anymore.

These are the assigments. GolfChannel.fr has got the schedule from https://www.golfchan...r/fr/grille-tv? Not grabbed from this page, but it is the same schedule

Golfplus.fr has the schedule from the canalplus website:  Golf+

I do not have any assignments for this French channel on the sat, only cable channels.

But you already say it is IPTV.  You have to look for the problem in the IPTV settings for EPG.

f.i. what is the fake service ref for Discovery.fr (France) in the bouquet.  And can you find this fake service ref in the list of IPTV channels for these IPTV channels.

Quick fix:

add

Vox.de
VOX.svn

to the ignore list.

(But this not really the right way)

 

You can also add

Nollywood.fr

to the ignore list.

Hello again! Almost corrected all my mistakes because some where my fault! I had some IPTV channels with a service reference corresponding or matching to other Sat channels (Discovery and Vox, Nollywood and Golf+ for example)... As soon as I changed the service number, all the EPG's were back! Alleluia ...

 

But one more thing, (as would have say Steve Jobs!!!), and I guess it's the last one for the moment; I have 2 other Sat channels (not IPTV so i'm sure that the reference numbers are ok) that have mixed EPG, can you check this?

Cine+ Premier 1:0:19:2456:440:1:C00000:0:0:0

Cine+ Club 1:0:19:200E:430:1:C00000:0:0:0

 

it's the same problem we had with some Sat channels earlier in this post...

Did you force a now download of the channels file, by restarting enigma2 before EPG importing?

Ok done, restarted the receiver and now everything's ok... for the moment!!! Finally did it, all my channels have a correct EPG, thanks Willy

A bit of background:

 

The channels file is downloaded only once a day.  Because this file does not change very often.  And then only a few channels are changed. 

Which for most users this is not a problem.

It is only a problem if you are interested in just these changed channels.

 

It also occurs that the channel file got stuck and is not downloaded for several days  Again no big problem.

(we would fix this, if we knew what caused this stuck file)

 

You can always force a new download of the channels file, by restarting enigma2.

But I have seen (also on my own receivers) that even then sometimes the channels file is refusing to download.

It is then needed to give your receiver a good kick.  Meaning, do a cold reboot.  (Shutting down the receiver, cut the power, wait 5 minutes and restart)

Indeed. A grabber needed maintenance.

The description was changed of format on the websites

This grabber was used for many channels.

 

It is fixed.

Import again and see if it is OK.  (I think so - but I have not checked all channels affected)

Thank you Willy, it's good for the movies and series channels. For the sport channels, the informations are very short ant it's difficult to know what is exactly the program : the last one or a rediffusion for example.

 

We already have this problem in the past and I remember you add another line.

Tried several websites, and finally selected programme-television.org

 

Found on this website a tag for Live emissions.  (Direct)

Added this to title as LIVE:

(But if you prefer DIRECT: this can be done, but it is longer and takes up more space)

 

PS: Several C+ sport channels are not mentioned on programme-television.org
