You will see the openpli logo for boxes that doesnt have box logo in boxlogos package.

 

Where, as my test box is a Qviart Dual 4K (which which no box logo exists, but I have only seen the E2DarkOS logo sofar (menu title and bottom right on some screens).

Well just go and remove/rename the boxlogo.svg from /usr/share/enigma2/logos and openpli logo should show up instead.

 

The E2DarkOS logo will show up only if there is no distrologo.svg in /usr/share/enigma2/logos.

 

And that logo should show up in main menu on top.

 

Here is the relevant code from the renderer:

Maybe something is wrong with the logic...but i dont see anything that can break it for now.

On the Dual 4K these do not exist (you have no brand logo for Qviart, and no box logo for the Dual 4K), only the distrologo.svg.

 

I'll flash again to make so I have no legacy stuff installed.

 

p.s. the correct OpenPLi logo's are on every OpenPLi box, in /usr/share/logo/.

So that is fixed in the code now. It should be available in next build.

 

However scaling of images have to be revised so to work correct in all cases

It was more a reference to how they should look like ( which in turn is a reponse to Littlesat's remark that the openpli logo in your repo was not correct ).

 

I've made them in GIMP, I can see if I still have the xcf's and can generate an svg for you ( white on transparent, horizontal ? ).

Yes its fine. I just scaled it a bit because otherwise might be heavy to load. But still have to be tested how it behaves in reality. On Vu+Duo4KSE it work just fine.

I have added to the box logos package qviart brand logo. Also added some changes to the code for fitting the image inside the container. Should be tested out though

I have just installed develop image and I think Mediaplayer screen need to be scaled.

 

On the other hand;  Is it possible to see full name of event film on movie progress skin bar?

I can not see the full name of film on your skin. 

Some of films are short then no problem.Count of characters may affect 

I also use VTI image and ObelixFHD skin and Film names are full visible. Thats strange

Yep! PLI is the best image when watching movies.
