I am completely lost as to what the issue exactly is, and what a "newer file" is that should solve this issue.
Can someone give me a summary?
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

what a "newer file" is that should solve this issue.
Newer firmware 1.8.29209 is in post #64. FTP dvb-fe-avl62x1.fw to /lib/firmware/availink/ to solve this issue

So the issue is: Edision needs to update the BSP for the OS Mio 4K plus with new drivers for the tuner?

Basically yes (also osmini4K and osmio4K). For me 29209 firmware works fine (I only have osmio4K, not plus)
